We have asked the league to provide a score sheet for a regional event. In case we don’t get a regional score sheet, we need your team captain’s contact information.

If you are playing for fun/practice you are more than welcome to join. Fill out the registration as best you can, some of the fields will be N/A.

You may sign up 2 dogs per handler for this event. Join in to line judge and man the timer if needed, just like you would during regular league play. This will be a very casual event.

Provide a valid email address. Event details will email a few days prior to the event.

If mixed breed please specify if it is a mix breed – sport (purposefully bred) or mix breed – random (rescued/not purposefully bred). If unsure look at the score sheets your captain submits to the league each week.

We certify that our canine(s) and we are healthy and fit to participate in K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch League events. We hereby grant to the K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch League and Fetch Collective Limited LLC the right to record, broadcast, photograph, film and videotape our performances and related interviews at the Event and to utilize such recordings, broadcasts, photographs, films or videotapes together with our names, images, likenesses, voices, and biographical information, for such publicity, promotional or commercial purposes as they may desire. We each understand that K9 Frisbee Toss & Fetch League and Fetch Collective Limited LLC may assign the right to use the recordings, broadcasts, images, photographs, film and videotape of my performance(s) together with our names, images, likenesses, voices and biographical information to such person or other entity as they may desire without my further consent or knowledge and I expressly agree to such assignment.
