Event dates are subject to change. We use email to communicate when events open/close/details etc. We also post on social media but our email list is notified first. Our calendar is an outline of what to look forward to in 2026. When an event opens, the registration will provide details re: games/rules/fees etc.
Fees are non refundable once the event registration closes! Events close approximately one week before event date.
Fees are refunded if an event is cancelled by the Club. Fees are refundable if you need to cancel your registration while the event registration is still open or if the event closes and there is a waitlist. Event registration will close approximately 1 week before the event date OR when the event fills.

For certain practices and events, we may limit the # of dogs per handler. We have limited parking available at the field at certain times of the year! Many of our events happen in the evening, we have limited daylight. We want to be able to serve both our veteran teams and those new to the sport. Thank you for being patient with us as we grow.
